Cıarín Scott is currently directing a new feature documentary on the extraordinary life and work of Christina Noble. The film’s new working title is A Noble Cause.

A striking, blond haired woman in her sixties, children’s rights advocate Christina Noble was born in Dublin into a childhood of abject poverty and institutional abuse. She has been described as one of the world’s great humanitarians for having transformed the lives of 750,000 children in Vietnam and Mongolia. The film explores one woman’s drive to save these children from horrific abuse and neglect, as she suffered in her own childhood. Christina has given Cıarín Scott unprecedented access to her life and work.
